From the minute I checked in, until the minute I left..... it was a great experience with everyone involved in my care! I would like to thank Dr. Whitebloom, Dave the anesthesiologist, Chelsea the nurse Heather, Reilly and Gail. They were all FANTASTIC!
I could not have asked for a better experience. The staff made this process super simple and they were all extremely thorough. Also, Amber is a great nurse! She answered all of my questions and was very kind throughout everything. Overall, just a trustworthy place with professional staff. Thanks!
Going through the process of a Colonoscopy is certainly not something that most people would look forward to, and I certainly didn't. But I was pleasantly surprised how smooth everything went from the prep to the procedure to the recovery. Everyone at MidAtlantic Endoscopy was great to work with and they were very attentive caregivers. I did not have any issues with the billing that some of the other folks experienced. They were great to work with and made the process as easy as possible.

This is a dual review -- clerical staff 👎🏼 versus medical staff 👍🏼 -- so please excuse the length. My initial interaction with the office staff was not good. I was initially told I would be sent information on colonoscopy preparation. Two weeks before the procedure, I still had nothing. I called and was told I would receive an email with instructions. A week before my procedure, still no email. I called again. This time I was told I had to go into the office for the instructions. At that point, it was impossible to do that, so I was told they COULD email instructions to me if I sent them a copy of my driver's license and insurance card. I did that, and the email was sent. After this initial confusion, however, everything was fantastic. The intake nurse was pleasant. The wait was less than 15 minutes. The attending nurse was really nice. The anesthesiologist was super thorough and explained what was going to take place. The surgeon outlined the process and confirmed that I had no additional questions. Then I closed my eyes, fell asleep and woke up with the procedure finished. One hour and 40 min. from start to finish!
