Learn MoreVery nice facility. They were prepared for my arrival, the staff was great and well organized. Everything went like clockwork, I was in and out very efficiently. The facility was well equipped and spotless. I'd certainly do future procedures there.
I had a colonoscopy and really liked the practice. However , a legion was found and I needed to have it removed by a surgeon. I said I wanted one of their surgeons so they were to put in the referral and I was to wait for a call. This was Nov11. In Dec I called and was told that they would call me. Now end of Jan, I call again and find out that referral never happened. I was told that it would be marked as urgent and someone would get back to me. Again, nothing. I’m very disappointed because I liked the practice. And as a side note, a recent biopsy from another doctor gave me a diagnosis of cancer.
The office and experience at the office was fine, but the bill pay department and features are a complete disaster. If you can avoid, I would avoid at all costs. As evidence of previous reviews they clearly have not addressed the billing problems. What a mess. I guess that's the problem with big Private Equity firms buying up medical practices. Although, you would think they would be good at collecting money.
