Learn MoreDitto to the billing above, a year later and clearly they have not done anything to improve. It is impossible to pay a bill online and the patient portal is a joke. I must have called the billing department 20 times to figure things out and I got a different answer each time. The experience at the office was fine, but clearly they don't care much after that.

I had a colonoscopy and really liked the practice. However , a legion was found and I needed to have it removed by a surgeon. I said I wanted one of their surgeons so they were to put in the referral and I was to wait for a call. This was Nov11. In Dec I called and was told that they would call me. Now end of Jan, I call again and find out that referral never happened. I was told that it would be marked as urgent and someone would get back to me. Again, nothing. I’m very disappointed because I liked the practice. And as a side note, a recent biopsy from another doctor gave me a diagnosis of cancer.
